حذف حسابك في Markly

افتح الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب نهائياً، ثم اقرأ التأكيد واتبع الخطوات. إذا كنت المالك الوحيد لكيان نشط، يلزم التواصل معنا لمراجعة نقل الملكية أو إغلاق الكيان قبل الحذف. ستفقد الوصول إلى حسابك بعد اكتمال الحذف.
إذا لم تتمكن من استخدام التطبيق أو كنت المالك الوحيد
أرسل طلب حذف الحساب إلى [email protected]، أو راسلنا عبر واتساب. اذكر رقم هاتف حسابك لنتمكن من التحقق من هويتك. إذا كنت المالك الوحيد لكيان نشط، نراجع نقل الملكية أو إغلاق الكيان أولاً كي لا تبقى سجلات الموظفين دون مسؤول، ثم نكمل طلبك.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى؟
بعد التحقق وإكمال الطلب، نحذف حساب الدخول وبياناته المرتبطة والجلسات وسجلات التحقق المرتبطة برقم هاتف الحساب، ونلغي وصولك. لا يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف نشاطك السابق داخل الكيانات؛ تحتفظ الكيانات بسجلات الموظفين والحضور والطلبات والإشعارات ومرفقاتها والتقارير وملفات PDF وسجلات التدقيق والفوترة والدفع الخاصة بها. وقد يحتفظ Markly بسجلات الدفع المرتبطة بالحساب بعد فصلها عنه لأغراض المحاسبة وتسوية النزاعات والأمان. لا توجد مدة موحدة محددة لهذه السجلات؛ تعتمد المدة على احتياجات الكيان أو Markly والتزاماتهما. ولا يحذف طلب Markly البيانات التي قدمتها إلى Wayl من أنظمة Wayl. سياسة الخصوصية.

In the app
Open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation. If you are the sole owner of an active company, contact us for a review of ownership transfer or company closure before deletion. You lose access to your account after deletion is completed.
Without the app, or as a sole owner
Email [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp. Include your account phone number so we can verify your identity. Sole owners need manual review of company transfer or closure before deletion, so employee records are not left without an owner.
What is deleted and retained?
After verification and completion, we delete your sign-in account and related data, sessions, and verification records linked to its phone number, and revoke your access. This does not erase your past activity within entities: they retain employee, attendance, request, notification and attachment, report, PDF, audit, and their billing/payment records. Markly may retain account-level payment records detached from your account for accounting, dispute resolution, and security. There is no single fixed retention period; it depends on the needs and obligations of the entity or Markly. A Markly deletion request does not delete data you provided to Wayl from Wayl’s systems.
